About this tag
The esrb ratings tag on WindowsForum.com collects discussion of the Entertainment Software Rating Board's age ratings and descriptors as they apply to specific games and the parental controls built around them. The tagged content focuses on practical family management rather than ratings theory, covering how an M for Mature 17+ listing translates into console-level restrictions. A GTA VI parental controls guide walks through the verified ESRB descriptor list alongside Xbox Family Settings and PlayStation restrictions, including age filters and spending controls, while flagging claims that could not be confirmed. Readers looking for concrete ways to apply esrb ratings to console settings will find that guidance here.
