exchange 2003
About this tag
Exchange 2003 is a legacy Microsoft mail server that still appears in discussions about managing its properties from modern Windows clients. Users have shared workarounds to add Exchange 2003 property tabs to Active Directory Users and Computers on Windows 7 via RSAT, often using the ESMVISTA.msi package. Others report issues where Windows 7 workstations in a domain with Exchange 2003 experience application launch problems after Windows updates, though a few reboots typically resolve the issue. These threads focus on compatibility and administrative access between Exchange 2003 and Windows 7, not on the server itself.

I'd like to get the Exchange extensions back into the Remote Server Admin Tools (RSAT) console, supporting an Exchange 2003 Server. I've tried the "unsupported workaround" used in Vista (found at Using RSAT on Vista...
