    Windows 7 IE9 "run file" problem

    Hi, :wave: I am new to this forum. When I try to run a file I in IE9 it downloads the file to some temp folder and when it tries to execute the file it returns an error! When I cleared the C:\Users\xxxxxxx\AppData\Local\Temp folder it worked once but the second time it did not! For details...
