    Windows 7 external microphone problem in windows 7 (dell 1520)

    hello ,, I have Dell inspiron 1520 and just installed windows 7 .. my built-in microphone is working properly, BUT when I use external headset, its speakers work properly but its mic still does not .. can anyone help me with this problem cuz am so tired :(
