    Windows 7 Trouble Copying Names and Addresses to Word in Windows 7

    I am trying to copy names and addresses from a web page to copy them in a Word doc, (Windows 7). All i get is a circle rotating on the blank doc. I click the 'W' font and a box appears. It asks if I want to close the programme. I click yes and a bar appears saying it is searching for faults then...
