    Windows 7 Problem: Calling "FileOpenDialog" let (Office) prgm run forever/freeze

    When I want to open a file or folder from programs I go oftentimes to a menu File--->Open Which in turn calls the default FileOpenDialog dialog box. This worked successfully on 64bit Win7 here in the past. However when I do this in certain (but not all!!!) Office programs like Excel 2007 now...
