    Windows 7 nothing will install and the fis\xed dont work HELP

    I get error 1606 cant access netwok ocation I have downloaded the w7 fix program and that does not fix it there are reg conparison to follow and ther are not faulty , they are the same as required so please what cant it be .... its driving me nuts just going in circles
