    Windows 8 FlashUtil unistall issue

    Running windows 8 64 bit. Completely updated. Not quite sure what is going on but I have a massive 128GB file named FlashUtilOActmveX*dll that I cannot delete. Not even sure what it is but when I got to delete I get some weird error messages. Any help on what this is and how to get rid of it...
