About this tag
Discussions on WindowsForum.com about flat screen monitors and TVs cover a range of practical topics. Users compare flat displays to curved monitors for reading text, with some suggesting flat screens are better for productivity and web browsing. Others troubleshoot connectivity issues, such as using a flat screen monitor via DVI alongside an HDTV via HDMI, or connecting a PC to a flat screen TV for media playback. Audio-video sync problems in Windows Media Player and Media Center when outputting to a flat screen TV are also addressed. Additionally, users seek advice on using a small flat screen TV as a secondary display for video calls, and on uninstalling USB-to-HDMI adapter software that interferes with reinstallation.
