    Windows 7 .NET Framework error message after upgrade

    Hey Guys, I am a newbee here and I am having an issue with my new Windows 7 Ultimate RTM upgrade. I have not found a problem with functionality but every time I boot up I receive an error message on my desktop that says: A program is missing that is requred to run Windows 7... .Net Framework...
