    I found this fast little site randomly just now, (no idea how long its been running) all you do is upload a pic select one of many effects and it does all the hard work...then lets you save and its free Create funny pictures from your photos.

    Windows 7 Help! Missing Thumbnail Previews in Windows Explorer

    SOLVED Thunbnails Suddenly I have no thumbnail previews at all. I've looked at my settings in folder options and have found no issues.Funny thing is,I had them yesterday. Any suggestions?:confused:
