About this tag
The tag 'gray' on WindowsForum.com covers a mix of technical and non-technical topics. In technical contexts, users discuss issues where buttons or fonts appear grayed out, such as uninstall buttons for Brave, a gray overlay in Windows Metro after an NVIDIA driver update, and grayed-out fonts in Windows 7. These threads involve troubleshooting Windows settings, driver updates, and UI behavior. Non-technical threads use 'gray' to describe colors in images or personal items, like a gray top in an animated image or a dark gray metallic vehicle. The tag does not focus on a single theme but rather captures any mention of the color gray across various discussions.

When I set the BIOS to use S-1 suspend type, sleep/wake-up does not cause the problem - my window color setting is retained - however...
