    Windows 7 Trouble Running Programs as Administrator after Upgrading from Vista to Windows 7

    As far as I can tell, I'm the only person using this laptop. Its an HP HDX16. I just upgraded from Vista to 7, and I'm trying to run some programs and it is saying I don't have permission and/or I need to run them as the administrator.
