Every time I try to get into the restrictions/security of my computer, it's completely blocked off unless you have admin rights. Right now I'm using an account without any admin privileges. I can't even...

I've tried talking to my friends through team speak and many others, using multiple mics, such as the internal and it still doesn't work, I need help.
