    Windows 10 Cortana is Speaking in 10061 !!

    On my new clean install, Cortana is actually speaking when it responds. I had the panel lock up when I first enabled the Respond to Hey Cortana setting, but after a reboot it seems to be working better. Many questions are met with "I can't do that until after an update". More use of the App...
