    Windows 7 "Hide empty drives" in WinExplorer?

    I enabled in WinExplorer menu Tools->Folder options->View->Hide empty drives in the computer folder. However (even after restart) empty dirves (like my DVD drive (=no media inside)) are shown in WinExplorer as drives. Why? How can I disable otherwise empty drives in WinExplorer? Peter
