OK. I just built a new computer last month. Did the usuals. SSD for boot drive. 4TB worth of storage so little more than Win 7 on the boot drive. If the Win 10 upgrade hoses the boot drive it's no big deal to start again. Everything important is already on other drives.
Now on to my stupid...

Good morning. I posted here before, or rather at the former iteration of the Windows Forum, about how I wanted to replace the sound card with a digital receiver and some regular bookshelf speakers, because I found the Klipsch Pro-Media powered speaker systems ( I have both the 2.1 and the 4.1...

I have an external hard drive I use to store movie files I have transcoded from DVD into .mp4 format. I used up most of the space on a 1 TB drive, so I am importing files to a 2 TB drive. there are nearly 200 files that did not successfully transfer- which I have determined to be caused by a...
I have just recently purchased an A/V Receiver-Sony STRDH520, a low-end 7.1ch receiver. I also have a myriad of various speakers to use, from Klipschs to Polk Audio speakers to Bose 301s. I also just purchased a Polk audio 12" powered sub to go with these. Anyway, I plan on only using 5.1 right...
