html support

Ive been trying to turn on MSMQ HTML Support through Window Features, but to no avail. I keep getting the error message "An error has occurred. Not all of the features were successfully changed" and then tells me to Restart my Computer, but still nothing has changed. I have all the other MSMQ's...
