    Windows 7 HELP: Windows 7 can't recognize my IDE slave hard disk.

    Hello, I use a seagate SATA hard disk as a master disk where i have my OS installed etc. and a WD IDE disk as slave where i usually keep files like mp3s, movies and so on. As long as I had windows xp everything worked fine. I installed Windows 7 yesterday on the SATA disk, and now i can't see...

    I am trying to install Windows 7 on my test machine. However, I can't get it to detect any drives - three are 3 disks in the system - it is an IDE disk. When I try and install, it can't detect any disks, but when I try and install through Windows Vista, it detects them. However, then it says...
