    Windows Vista Counter-Strike: Source Performance Issues on Windows Vista

    Alright so I play Counter Strike:Source, and I decided it was a time for a new computer, so I went out to look and all any store had was Vista, so I bought one with Vista, so I download CS:S, BUT, I get 9 FPS (frames per second) and cant play the game at all, eveything ingame is set to low now...
