Windows 7 Win 7 media center install issue
so I am trying to configure my media center for my tv card... but I have no IR for my set top box (i dont need one anyway so wtf) and it will not let me proceed any further. is there a way around that? the tv card program itself doesnt give me the smoothest pic or stream.
