    Windows 10 Win 10 reinstall from win 7

    I have a hp pavilion i5 running win 10. It takes 3 min. 40 to boot. I have checked the defrag which shows 78% fragmentation. HP are worst than useless and offer no help. If I use HP recovery it returns to win 7.So can I reinstall win 10 from iso from another machine?The screen after first boot...
