Windows 7 Fixing Jerky Scrolling in Windows: Solutions Needed
I have tried every thing I can think of to fix "jerky scrolling" and cannot fix it. I have gone to "tools" clicked"options", clicked "advanced, clicked "smooth scrolling" but nothing works. Windows Vista WMP11 playback jerky
