kav 6.0.4

i work on windows 7 and i have installed Kav workstation 6.0.4 on laptop the problem is that it does not update manually and automatically .what to do ? this problem is related with a laptop whereas i have anther desktop Pc which also has windows 7 but its updating process does not cause...
