    I have 2 laptops running window 8.1 all updates installed including Kb3035583. 1 has the icon to reserve windows 10 the other does not. both laptops have the same windows email and password could that be the problem if so can I change the id and password on one of the laptops or am I barking up...

    Assume I enabled auto-update resp. search manually for updates of my 64bit Win 7 Pro system. How can I exclude certain updates (e.g. KB3035583 as one example) forever from being installed? Is there an exclusion list file which is accepted by built-in Windows Update Service? Peter
