last known config

Hi All!! I started getting this prob today with Win 7 x64 RTM on my Dell Vostro 1000 notebook.. when I boot I get to the "Starting Windows" black boot screen and then BSOD comes up and mem dump starts and I have to reboot.. I can only start when I select "Last Good Known Config".. :confused...
