    Windows 10 My laptop shutdown when I put it to sleep

    - My laptop just shutdown and leds stay off and dont recognize anything when I put it to sleep by close lid or use hotkey. Only if I hold the power button for few second and everything work again. Beside of this, everything else is fine. Help me guys !!

    Windows 7 Dell E6510 laptop display problem

    No display on Dell E6510 Led display, hook up external monitor and system comes up properly. I shine a bright light on laptop display and can see a very dim display on the screen. Is this a backlight issue, not sure if this exists on a led display. Any idea on troubleshooting this issue?
