    Windows 7 How do I get my address bar, tool bar and system tray from disappearing?

    Last night while I was on a website my monitor screen had the webpage up but no bars with options at the top or bottom. The system tray was not at the bottom and the address bar and tool bar was not at the top. There was no way to close out because there was no X at the top and no way to close...
