About this tag
The logon selection tag covers discussions about choosing which operating system to boot into when multiple Windows versions are installed on the same computer. Users often ask how to configure the boot menu to select between different Windows installations, such as Vista and Windows 7 on separate drives. Topics include setting up dual-boot systems, managing the boot loader, and troubleshooting logon selection options. This tag is relevant for anyone setting up or maintaining a multi-boot Windows environment.
