Mail flow reports in Exchange Online help administrators monitor message patterns and proactively identify issues before they become incidents. The Change Optics Report, now in public preview, provides a central reporting surface to track messages affected by upcoming service changes. It includes predefined scenarios such as OMC (onmicrosoft.com traffic sent externally) and DRS (Direct Send traffic arriving in a tenant), enabling admins to investigate and reduce risk.
