    Windows 7 Trouble Closing Speech Recognition on Windows 7: Stuck on 'Starting' Screen

    I added Speech Recognition to my Win 7 and cannot get the console off the screen. I can`t X out or minimize it. I can`t get it off the task bar. Everything seems to be stuck on "Starting Speech Recognition". Any help to alleviate will be appreciated. Thank you, Malcolm Stockman
