    Small utility for controlling access of programs to the network.

    Can anyone advise a program for monitoring installed software that tries to access the internet? Firewall in interactive mode can do this too of course, or Task Manager too, I'm looking for something specialised, with logging or statistics etc. Thanks for the tips Peter

    If I ask Google how many computer companies are a certain nationality, a bit later I get an email regarding that topic. Does that mean I am being monitored? Coincidentally, I am also getting tons of spam. It is too much of a coincidence that it is by chance.

    Windows 10 CPU constantly at 100% in task manager. But Displaying 1% in core temp?

    Hi there, the CPU is constantly displaying 100% in windows task manager > users tab. However when I try other 3rd party programs the CPU is displaying correctly at idle 1%. Is this a bug? Or is there any way to fix it? I am sure the CPU is at 1% when left idle. Core temps readings
