mouse move on its on

Hey guys! This is a little weird, and I'm a little shaky at the moment, but, 5 or so minutes ago my mouse randomly started moving up and down! I was uninstalling some programs I didn't use when it happend, so, I clicked the Function Key and the F3 key (this turns off the Wi-Fi on my PC) and it...
