    Windows 7 Exploring Hidden International Themes: Missing MTC Folder in Windows Globalization

    I was reading this article on hidden international themes and how to unlock them and as I was working through the steps I found that when I went to C:\Windows\Globalization folder I did not have the MTC folder does not exists. Did I miss something? Art Lorenzini Sioux Falls
