About this tag
The multi pc setup tag on WindowsForum.com covers practical ways to run more than one Windows computer at a single desk without duplicating every peripheral. The tagged discussion focuses on Microsoft PowerToys and its Mouse Without Borders utility, which lets one keyboard and mouse control up to four Windows PCs on the same local network. Unlike Remote Desktop, each machine keeps running its own desktop, applications, monitors, and user session, with the pointer crossing between screens and clipboard contents and files shared across systems. It suits readers arranging multi-machine workspaces who want to cut cable clutter and switch between computers more smoothly.
