Why are my videos doing this? Windows 11
I have a Dell Latitude 5550 , with Windows 11. When I play video it sometimes starts out fine but the picture starts acting crazy. I am attaching a picture of a video and what it looks like. Any idea why or what to do to fix this??- danh63
