I recently purchased a new Dell N5010 Inspiron laptop with Windows 7 64 bit and whenever I try to calibrate my display, the settings stay for a while and then revert back to what they used to be. How can I stop this from happening?

I have a new DELL INSPIRON N5010 with WINDOWS 7 ULTIMATE 64bit on it.
I tried to use AERO effects and I realised that the driver for the grarphics is not installed.
I tried to install it from the CD that came with the laptop and it keeps telling me that this platform is not compatible...
