nat error
About this tag
Discussions tagged with 'nat error' on WindowsForum.com focus on network address translation issues that prevent peer-to-peer applications like Azureus and uTorrent from working correctly. In one example, a user reported that after upgrading from Windows Vista to Windows 7, their torrent clients stopped functioning due to a NAT error, despite working fine previously. Troubleshooting attempts included disabling the router firewall, but the problem persisted. These posts highlight how NAT errors can disrupt connectivity for specific applications after OS upgrades or network configuration changes, and they often seek solutions for restoring proper port forwarding or UPnP functionality.
Heres the deal, I had my machine running Vista Ulitimate x64 and everything was working fine. I upgraded to Windows 7. Right off the bat I found that:
1) My optical drive wasnt present (I did however find a fix for this)
2) Comodo firewall did not work
3) Azureus and uTorrent both didnt work...
