When I go to settings>accounts>sign-in options the screen is blank and all I see is dots running from left to right at the top of the window. What do I need to do to repair this? The folder: C:\Windows\ServiceProfiles\LocalService\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Ngc is empty! I prefer to use a PIN...
