    Windows 10 Recycle Bin on NON ACTIVATED Windows 10

    I no longer have a recycle bin. All references say to go to Personalization to turn it back on. However, that is only available in Activated versions of Windows 10. Has Microsoft intentionally removed the Recycle Bin from NON ACTIVATED copies of Windows 10? Are there alternatives? Any way to...
