    Windows 7 How to change the font color of tasbar, third party application is the only way ?

    like the pic shows,the default white color of font on taskbar is so hard to watch; so how to change it? Link Removed i read from other forum that to change it you need some third party application like restorator(to export NORMAL.res file),hex editor (to edit NORMAL.res file,i use XVI32 for now)...
