Please help! I recently upgraded my HP Pavilion dv9408nr notebook from Vista to Win 7. I did not backup or save any Vista drivers (I know) but the system seems to run fine until it's time to start or restart. The lights turn on and off repeatedly until I've had enough and power it off...
