obs audio interference

I updated to 25H2 on both my laptop and my tower. Both have had major issues regarding sound. I spent 3 hours with Microsoft help to get absolutely no where. On the tower, I had to uninstall things, and reinstall, and still have major static sound whenever OBS is running. I have uninstalled OBS...
