About this tag
Offline gaming coverage focuses on how reliably games work without an internet connection across Xbox and Windows PC. Testing of 78 physical Xbox Series X releases found that only half were fully playable offline, while some required downloads or had missing content and serious limitations. The tag also includes troubleshooting for Assassin’s Creed Black Flag Resynced on Windows 10 and Windows 11 when Ubisoft Connect cannot launch the game offline. That guidance covers first-time activation, local launcher data, valid account credentials, service outages, and preparing offline mode through Ubisoft Connect, Steam, or the Epic Games Store. These topics highlight the practical limits and requirements of offline gaming.
