About this tag
Open issues on WindowsForum.com cover problems where files or folders unexpectedly open on the desktop, such as download folders appearing after installing applications or taking screenshots. Users also report difficulties opening PDFs in Internet Explorer, where the Open option fails but Save works, and document attachments opening in the wrong program like Micromedia instead of Word. Compatibility issues arise when opening old Word documents in Office 2010 on a new PC, resulting in garbled text unless opened from within Word. Double-clicking an Excel file may launch the program without loading the workbook. Additionally, the Documents folder may repeatedly open on its own, possibly due to missing files rather than malware.

I have no clue why, but the document folder keeps opening, and I don't know why.
I made a scan of my files and it doesn't seem to be a virus.
