    Windows 7 DaRT Partition and ERD Commander

    I know I read somewhere that you could install MS DaRT (Diagnostics and Recovery Tools) from the MDOP Optimization Pack into a standalone bootable partition. In case your machine has serious problems you would be able to boot to that partition and resolve issues without the OS running in memory...
