    Windows 7 Install windows without key ?

    Hey my pc need to get win7 base new installed, just have a cd and no key. is it taking the old key out of my pc system if i start install new? or do i need a key to type it into it ?? acctualy its original system with key installed but like i said no idea where is the key.+ ty
