I have just made a clean install of Windows 7 and everything went fine. I made a clean install from inside the W7 RC on a new SATA hard disk with a genuine Windows & Home Premium Disk. Installation only took about 30 minutes...
Ok. So I am running on the Windows 7 beta build 7057. I edited the cversion.ini file so I can upgrade, instead of doing a clean install. When I mount the iso, and start the installer I get the following error:
Windows could not collect information for [OSImage] since the specified image file...
that is the error I get trying to install windows 7
after I click on install now
set up is starting
then the error
Window could not collect information for [OSImage] since specified image file [install.wim] does not exist
any ideas
am downloading the image again and will try another burn

I downloaded Win 7, burnt it to a DvD using Nero and started it up.
It loaded the Files, I decided on the languages and klickt "Install Now".
