  2. Windows 10 Issues with Second User Account on Windows 10 Laptop: Start Menu and Right Click Unresponsive

    When I log on as the second user on my windows 10 laptop nothing works. I cannot click the start menu. I cannot right click anywhere. The first user works fine. The second is an administrator also as standard users cannot log on at all. Any ideas?
