    Let Win Firewall show prompts independently from UAC?

    Since I am the only one using the local computer a disable oftentimes the UAC here in WIn 7. I am much more worried about unidentifed and unwanted outgoing connections. So what I need are prompts independently from UAC. Is there a way (e.g.by using an Addon) to tell the WinFirewall "if you...
